you will be expected to pay me after i send you the sketch and tweak it to your liking.► usd vouchers:
you will pay the designated person after i send you a heavily watermarked (but finished) version, and you will receive the finished product (without watermarks) once i can confirm that you have payed the designated person.► refunds:
i will not give you refunds on finished products. the only scenario in which i will give you a full, 100% refund is if i decide i am unable to complete your commission or if i have not started it. if you have paid in robux, i will only refund you the percentage of what i have received (due to the robux tax). if you ask me for a refund, i will refund you depending on what stage of completion the artwork is currently in.► refund percentages
- not started: 100% refund
- sketch: 90% refund
- lineart: 70% refund
- colors: 30% refund
- rendering: 5% refund
- complete: 0% refund

rights

✅ you are able to:- use the commissioned work for personal use (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, backgrounds, etc. stickers/irl products are okay as long as you do not sell them to others).- share/upload/display the commissioned work online with credit! you can view my socials here.⚠️ please discuss with me before:- using the commissioned work for commercial uses.❌ you are unable to:- use the commissioned work for generative ai. i repeat, do not use the commissioned work for generative ai.- edit/alter the commissioned work in any way.- profit off of the commissioned work. for my designs, do not sell any of them higher than their original base value if no commissioned or personal artwork has been added.
